Return & Refund
At SlayMyCase, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return. Returns must be requested within seven days of receiving the order. Customized or personalized products are non-returnable unless defective.
To return a product, contact us at Support@Slaymycase.shop with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide instructions and the return address. Please ship the product back securely using a trackable shipping service.
Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of defective or incorrect items. Exchanges are possible for defective or incorrect products. Please contact us with your order details to arrange an exchange.
